Intro to Pole
New to pole fitness? Not for long! This four week series will build your pole foundation. Each class is 80mins long with the first portion being spent on the floor, warming up, stretching out, and building those pole muscles! We then move to the poles and will learn new spins and transitions each week. Light hearted atmosphere to learn, laugh, and make some memories!

Progressive PoleWhere your pole journey continues! These classes build off of your new pole foundation. We will continue to polish spins, tricks and transitions while adding new moves each week. This is when your journey becomes your own, with new pole sisters and of course your instructors to guide the way.
Monthly membership options: $30 per class (non member) $100 once per week $150 twice per week |
FreeDance Series'Each free dance class
is 90mins long and dedicated to exploring your personal movement and expression. You will be using the skills you have already acquired in intro, progressive, and liquid motion! (all three not needed prior) One intro series or equivalent suggested prior! Each series is unique in focus as well as day/time/series length. The Liquid Motion® class is an open level class that utilizes elements of fitness conditioning, sensual movement, and dance theory, to provide a total mind and body experience. In this 75min class you will learn the fundamentals of Liquid Motion® to build a foundation for floor work & wall work. This class is made up of body conditioning, lateral movement drills, intricate floor sequences, exploration of sensual movement, and an understanding of total body awareness.
