The first weekend of March we held our very first pole retreat. Our theme...
"The Vibe Begins With Me"! We found an amazing space in Bellingham, loaded up the stage pole and were off for a great time. Plenty of planning went in to provide the very best experience for all the attendees.

Friday night everyone arrived with anticipation, sleepover gear, and most importantly potluck food! These women really know how to eat :) They arrived to welcome swag/gifts on their beds and quickly settled in. After going over some weekend details the rest of the evening was spent eating, relaxing, and enjoying each others company.

Saturday morning we leapt right into pole workshops! Everyone had their own personalized schedule which included, Freedance, Liquid Motion, and Tricks & Contort with Jo Redding our guest instructor. It was a full day of pole and lots of smiling faces. After dinner we had a short visionary activity involving candles and cake followed by an evening filled with card games and the most laughter I have experienced in a long while! I don't think I'm alone in wishing time could have simply froze.

Sunday morning Revolution staff made everyone breakfast! Our thank you for being so awesome and sharing their time and talent all weekend long.

Our Friday and Saturday were captured by Afton F. Lewis Photography which was pretty much the icing on the cake. Candids, silhouette shots, pole pictures, and of course our group picture all priceless. You can view our full retreat gallery HERE!

We are already looking forward to Revolution Retreat 2018!

This looks awesome :) I wonder if you could perhaps help me out or give some advice...I’m thinking of subscribing to an online pole dancing class, I heard it is great for fitness and fun too. Problem is, I don’t know much about it though I keep reading reviews about it but can’t make up my mind as to which course or lessons to go with. Or does it not matter and they are all kind of the same? I would like to get your personal opinion on this. I have read a review on http://justlearntodance.com/learn-how-to-pole-dance which covers some recommended courses. Which one would you say is the best to start out with, I don’t have the type of budget to sign up to all of them and I am no expert. I would love to hear your reply and your recommendation. Kind regards.
